Summary
Clipvora is distributed as Early Access software. If you purchased Pro and something does not work as described, contact support@clipvora.app with the purchase email, order id if available, operating system, and a short description of the issue.
Subscription Purchases
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled through the Lemon Squeezy checkout or customer portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past billing periods unless required by law or approved by support.
Refund Window
During Early Access, refund requests made within 14 days of purchase will be reviewed in good faith. Refunds may be approved for duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, serious unresolved technical issues, or billing errors.
Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime license purchases are intended as one-time Early Access purchases. Refund requests within 14 days will be reviewed in good faith, especially for duplicate purchases or serious installation problems.
Taxes, Fees, And Processing
Payments, taxes, invoices, and refund processing may be handled by Lemon Squeezy. Some payment fees, currency conversion fees, or tax handling may depend on Lemon Squeezy, your payment method, and local law.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
