Summary

Clipvora is designed as a local-first clipboard manager. Free does not require an account, and regular clipboard history stays on your device. Clipvora does not upload every copied item.

Data Stored Locally

Clipvora may store clipboard history, text clips, image clips, Favorites, Templates, Drafts, app settings, shortcut settings, and local account/session state on your device.

Data Clipvora May Sync

When you sign in with Pro and use cloud sync, Clipvora may sync intentional saved text clip categories: text favorites, templates, and drafts. Regular clipboard history, images, files, and sensitive-looking clips stay local during beta.

Account And Payment Data

If you create an account or subscribe to Pro, Clipvora may process email address, user profile, subscription tier, license or billing status, and sync metadata. Payments may be handled by a third-party provider.

Emails And Account Recovery

Clipvora may send account, password reset, beta access, and support emails. These emails may be processed by an email delivery provider using Clipvora-controlled sender domains.

Third-Party Services

Clipvora may use third-party services for authentication, cloud database, storage, email delivery, payments, subscriptions, app distribution, and build downloads. Beta download access is handled through clipvora.app and support@clipvora.app.

Local Device History And Account Switching

Cloud data is account-scoped. Local clipboard history is currently device-wide. If you switch accounts on the same computer, local clips already stored on that device may still be visible.

Security

Clipvora aims to limit cloud upload to intentional saved content. Only install beta builds linked from clipvora.app or sent by support@clipvora.app. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
